What if I lose my Manchester Student ID?
Each student is responsible for his/her ID Card. If a card is lost, it must be reported to the Manchester University Security Office. A replacement fee for a lost card is $25. If a card is damaged or mutilated, a replacement card will be issued at no charge for the original ID Card. The damaged or mutilated card must be turned in at this time in exchange for your replacement card.
Can I eat in the Manchester University dining areas if I don’t have my MU Student ID?
For your safety you are required to carry your student ID at all times. It is necessary to present your student ID to the cashier to gain access to the dining facilities. If you forget or misplace your student ID it is your responsibility to find or replace it in order to eat. This rule is enforced to protect our students in the case that their student ID is stolen. This ensures that nobody can steal your identity and access your meal plan benefits.
